Keep the message focused on the report or uploaded file.
- The scan finished, but the report does not match the KDP, Kindle Previewer, or EPUBCheck message you saw.
- The result page is missing, expired, or should be deleted sooner.
- You have a privacy question about temporary EPUB uploads, report IDs, or report metadata.
